1659: The world is full of lovely people.

Well, not entirely -- but I know the good ones already, so I'm all set.

In a pinch tonight, I was able to get help from friends when I needed it and a mini-crisis was averted!

When I got home, I checked the inbox for messages sent to me through this site and was touched to see one from the lovely Bethany! (Hello there!)

And then, on top of everything else, I see a nod from Stephanie via her new blog.

Thank you, I'd love a cupcake.* And a Morrissey.

* In fact, and as a fan of things which are pink and/or delicious, I think Stephanie will appreciate that I use this as the background photo on my Blackberry:
