115: CELEBRITY SIGHTING
(Yoko Ono)

As I returned to my office from running an errand, I stepped into the lobby and saw a blonde woman of no importance, a fabulously overgroomed man, and a very small Asian woman with giant sunglasses. We stepped into the elevator and I immediately realized that the last of these three people was Yoko Ono. She was very pleasant and when she mentioned how the cold weather was drying her lips, we all nodded in high maintenance sympathy -- particularly the male companion. On their way out, he gave me a lingering smile as if to either confirm for me that we were in the presence of a celebrity or to notify me that I was looking equally fabulous. Maybe a little of both.

Edited to add: No, I did not bring up the "you broke up the Beatles" thing. Sorry.
