97: "Monsters are such INTERESTING people..."

I'm waiting for the Karma-slap I probably deserve for having laughed out loud at the man I watched slip and fall on the street outside our office. My guess is that he had on new and un-scuffed shoes, but by the way he was flailing his arms, you'd think that an unguarded banana peel was the problem. He brought the whole thing on himself by having strutted down the sidewalk in what was clearly a runway/modeling fantasy happening exclusively in his head. I was not impressed.

I am ordering pins/badges/buttons from here, if you're interested. The more we buy, the less we pay. Well, not really, but you get my point.

This weekend, I will attempt to finish the pirate table. I know, I know, it's taken FORever but it's totally worth it. It's more awesome than you can possibly comprehend with 100% of your brain!

So what is the next project? More painting! I am searching for good, high-contrast photos to reproduce in small, square, monochromatic paintings. Pete is probably concerned about how he'll survive in an apartment with this junk. I am concerned about my lack of candy at the moment -- how will I make it to lunchtime?!

And for no reason at all...
